Spa Etiquette

Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your consultation or service appointment to ensure you are ready to begin your treatment on time. Upon arrival you can enjoy some down time & a healthy beverage in our relaxation lounge. Arriving late may shorten the length of your service.

As Med Esthetic & Relaxation Services are in progress at all times, we like to remind all spa guests to speak in hushed tones & to please turn off any electronic devices before entering the spa.

Appointments

Due to the personalized nature of our Med Esthetic & Wellness Services, as well as the customization of all services, we request that all visits including inquiries etc be by appointment only, so that we can have an expert available to answer your questions. NO DROP INS PLEASE!

Privacy

Full length Kimono Robes are provided for treatments that require them. You will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your privacy. Our well-trained therapists will guide you through your treatment and gladly answer any questions you may have.

Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Age Less Medi Spa's accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, your gift card &/ or certificate numbers to guarantee your reservation.

All appointments under (2) two hours require 48 business hours notice. ( We are closed Sundays & Mondays )

Appointments exceeding (2) two hours may require pre-payment in full (please call us at 250 472-0400).

Packages or group bookings will require a 50% deposit and 48 business hours notice to change or cancel. Insufficient notice will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit. ( We are closed Sundays & Mondays )

No-shows on the day of treatment will be charged in full.

Hours of Operation

Our regular hours of operation (fall, winter, spring) are Tuesday's through Saturday's 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, closed on statutory holidays and most long weekends.

Effective July 1st through September 30th, our Summer hours of operation are Tuesday's through Saturday's 12:00 noon until 6:00 PM.

If you require an appointment outside of these hours, e.g. a group special event, please email us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MC, Amex and Debit - No Cheques accepted.

Punctuality:

We appreciate how busy you are & how valuable your time is. Please understand that in order for us stay timely with all of our clients, it is important that First Time Clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill in client intake forms. 

Regular clients are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Consultations:

We are happy to provide you with 15 minutes of FREE time for each topic of concern you may have; however, please be aware that different topics may require separate visits. As you are meeting with our resident expert, any additional time for consultation will  be charged at $1.50 per minute.

Treatment & Pricing Inquiries

Due to the customized nature of our services, questions regarding which services or treatments are best, and what the cost is, cannot be answered over the telephone or by email as our "resident expert" will need to assess the extent of your concern before a customized recommendation and the fairest possible pricing can be arrived at.

Product Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of certain skincare and makeup products we provide, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom blended skin care and custom blended mineral makeup products. With customer safety in mind, please be advised there are no refunds or exchanges on internal supplements.

Service Refund / Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on pre-paid packages of services. However; you may transfer any unused balance towards any of our other services.

Results Guaranteed

We guarantee that if you follow the recommended In-Spa and At-Home protocols we set out for you, that you will see measurable & visible results or you will receive the equivalent number of treatments with a revised protocoll at no additional charge. Before & after measurements, scans and/or photos are always taken.

Post Treatment Evaluations

If you've purchased a series of treatments, a final evaluation consultation of 30 minutes is provided for free.  At this evaluation session, we will compare pictures, scans, measurementss etc and evaluate the extent of your results.

Referrals To Other Professionals 

Because we have your best interests at heart and don't want to take your money under false pretences, we will be happy to refer you to other professionals who can take you all the way, or the rest of the way, if the results you are expecting are beyond our scope to deliver.

Ample FREE Parking is available at the Royal Oak location.

Gratuities

Always accepted and gratefully appreciated by therapists for great service. Industry standard is generally 15%.

Always available and exquisitely wrapped for any occasion. Available in-spa at reception, by mail or email, and also on-line.
